When we were given the Polio Vaccine in the late 40's early 50's it was given on a sugar cube. So we did not have to worry about the dreaded needle.I have read somewhere the H1N1 vaccine can be given by nasal spray??

Yes, it is given by spray a lot in the US. Canada did not buy any of that.
